I just use an exercise mat and a foam roller for stretches. My favorite part is the cooldown because it shows you how to stretch properly. Stretching relaxes my body and soothes my aching muscles. Oh, and the program also comes with a meal plan. The recipes look healthy and delicious- definitely not boring (i.e. baked pita chips and guacamole, South American salmon…yum)!
